Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Type: Full-time Position

Compensation: $160K–$300K/year

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Mentor engineers on observability, alert management, and instrumentation best practices
• Lead incident response from triage to post-mortem and remediation
• Own and enhance load-testing, disaster-recovery, and chaos-engineering programs
• Automate reliability checks, capacity planning, and service-level monitoring
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to build in reliability and scalability from the outset

Required Skills

• Professional background in Site Reliability Engineering
• Proficiency with Terraform, Python, and Go
• Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
