Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Type: Full-time Position

Compensation: $160K–$300K/year

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

1. Mentor engineers on observability, alert management, and instrumentation best practices
2. Lead incident response from triage to post-mortem and remediation
3. Own and enhance load-testing, disaster-recovery, and chaos-engineering programs
4. Automate reliability checks, capacity planning, and service-level monitoring
5. Collaborate with product and platform teams to build in reliability and scalability from the outset

Required Skills

1. Professional background in Site Reliability Engineering
2. Proficiency with Terraform, Python, and Go
3. Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
