- Executes on-property digital marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue goals by providing content messaging, scheduling deployment schedules for emails, and communicating the calendar with appropriate key stakeholders.
- Develops multimedia assets for web and digital signage on property.
- Provides weekly and monthly statistical reporting of internet activity for both overall web site activity and SEO.
- Assesses performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing and communications initiatives and makes recommendations based on findings.
- Test, collect, and analyze data, identify SEO trends, and gain insights about target customers’ likes and dislikes to maximize ROI from an SEO campaign
- Track, report and analyze web analytics data and the various search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns
- Manage campaign costs, ensure budgets are not exceeded, calculate monthly campaign costs, and take necessary steps to adhere to the budgets
- Optimize website copy and landing pages for SEM
- Undertake research, expansion, and refinement of keyword
- Research and understand the SEO efforts of competitors
- Develop and execute off-page SEO through link building
- Work in collaboration with different teams to ensure best practices are deployed.
- Manages special projects as assigned by the supervisor and performs other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
This knowledge and these abilities are typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field; or 3 years of brand or retail marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in digital, interactive media experience. Agency or corporate experience in building interactive media campaigns, including website usability and design, website analytics, banner ads, contextual ads, blogs, social networking, viral, and non-traditional techniques strongly preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc)
- Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must successfully pass drug screening.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in Tribal Gaming preferred.
KNOWLEDGE OF
- Understanding of and experience in the property’s local and regional gaming market a plus.
- Hard Rock’s marketing functions including, but not limited to advertising and branding.
- Procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, email, spreadsheets, and databases to include excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
- Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trip Advisor, Yelp, and blogs.
- Online advertising tactics including banner ad variations, contextual ads, blogs, social networking, viral, and non-traditional techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to develop conceptual visual ideas and execute against them to create innovative digital solutions in a highly collaborative environment.
