We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer with 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting environments to help identify exceptional talent for high-level administrative and operational roles. Qualified Sourcer candidates will have a background in an agency or in-house setting and will play a vital role in building strong pipelines and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Rate will be $35-$50/hr on a contract basis with future potential, and preference will be given to San Francisco Bay Area candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, and online communities
- Research talent pools, build target lists, and execute creative outreach strategies
- Support multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while working independently
- Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with business needs
- Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing activity in LinkedIn Recruiter
Qualifications:
- Must have 2–5 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Deep understanding and demonstrated capability using Boolean search for sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Be technically savvy
- Be willing to take direction, but also able to work independently
- Be an effective and polished communicator in person/on phone/via email
- Experience sourcing for non-technical, administrative, or executive support roles preferred
- Previous exposure to both startup and corporate environments is a plus
