We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer with 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting environments to help identify exceptional talent for high-level administrative and operational roles. Qualified Sourcer candidates will have a background in an agency or in-house setting and will play a vital role in building strong pipelines and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Rate will be $35-$50/hr on a contract basis with future potential, and preference will be given to San Francisco Bay Area candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and engage qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, and online communities
2. Research talent pools, build target lists, and execute creative outreach strategies
3. Support multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while working independently
4. Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with business needs
5. Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing activity in LinkedIn Recruiter

Qualifications:

1. Must have 2–5 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (agency or in-house)
2. Proven ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Deep understanding and demonstrated capability using Boolean search for sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter
4. Be technically savvy
5. Be willing to take direction, but also able to work independently
6. Be an effective and polished communicator in person/on phone/via email
7. Experience sourcing for non-technical, administrative, or executive support roles preferred
8. Previous exposure to both startup and corporate environments is a plus
