Advanblack, one of the leading companies in innovative color-matched aftermarket Harley parts in the industry, is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, with the goal of increasing our online presence, brand loyalty, engagement, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize ways to increase and engage our audience to create a loyal following
• Create and execute social media content(Photos, Videos, Copy) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports to measure and track engagement, reach, conversions, and other key performance indicators
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and apply these to optimize our social media strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency, align with marketing campaigns, and support product launches and promotions
• Attend trade show and bike rallies to capture contents and help promote the company
• Stay in tuned with Harley aftermarket customization trends to align our brand ahead of the game
• Help create and foster a community and a strong following that will be loyal to our brand
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing
• Develop and maintain relationships with our key customers, sponsored partners, and expand our influencer network

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Passion for motorcycles, specifically Harley Davidson motorcycles, with a deep understanding of Harley culture and bike customizations
• Good knowledge of motorcycle products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling copy, captions, and messages that reflect our brand voice and tone and appeal to the Harley audience
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Possess great photography and video editing skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years experience working in Motorcycle/Powersports Industries. Preferably in the Harley-Davidson Motorcycles field.
• Actively involved in Harley community
• Proven success in social media field
