Position Summary:
This role is responsible for managing and growing our U.S. social media presence and user community. The position involves creating culturally relevant content, overseeing daily engagement across platforms, and fostering a positive community environment. The individual will monitor feedback, translate user insights into actionable product improvements, and stay ahead of social trends to refine strategies. Strong collaboration skills, user empathy, and a deep understanding of U.S. social media behavior are essential.
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Lead day-to-day management of our U.S. social channels—including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and more. Develop culturally relevant content plans, oversee asset production, and grow brand awareness and engagement across key platforms.
2. Build and nurture our U.S. user community:Plan content calendars, manage daily conversations, and design engagement campaigns to boost activity, retention, and user advocacy. Identify and collaborate with community volunteers, power users, and KOC/KOL partners to shape a healthy, positive community culture.
3. Monitor community feedback, join conversations, respond to questions, and surface meaningful insights. Translate user needs and pain points into actionable product to help localize our hardware/software experience for the U.S. market.
4. Track trends and competitive movements: Keep a pulse on social media best practices, cultural trends, and competitor performance. Use data to continuously refine content strategy, posting cadence, and communication priorities—especially around major marketing moments like product launches.
【Job Requirements】
1. 2+ years of hands-on social media or community operations experience in the U.S. market. Strong understanding of major platforms and familiarity with U.S. user behavior, content styles, and cultural nuances.
2. Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills:Able to collaborate across time zones, work with global teams, and create effective content in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
3. Deep user empathy and a user-first mindset:Able to translate user needs, motivations, and emotions into clear communication strategies and content recommendations.
