This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who enjoys building and scaling digital communities. You will take ownership of social media strategy across multiple platforms, creating compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
You will manage day-to-day social media operations, develop content plans, and collaborate closely with internal content and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective content distribution. Your work will directly impact audience growth, community engagement, and overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including images, videos, and captions tailored to each platform.
- Repurpose blog posts, tutorials, and visual assets across all social media channels in collaboration with the content team.
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor analytics and key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and industry partners to expand brand reach.
- Manage and monetize large Facebook groups with up to 250,000 members through creative engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with graphic design and basic video editing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing.
- Experience managing and monetizing online communities or Facebook groups.
- Interest or background in sewing, quilting, or arts and crafts.
