About the Role
I am looking for a Social Content Manager to lead and execute social media strategies across multiple brands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing organic social media content and working closely with creators to expand audience reach. You’ll play a crucial role in developing brand voice, creating engaging visuals, and keeping up with emerging trends to ensure the brand stays ahead in a competitive space.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is both strategic and creative, capable of writing, designing, and producing short-form video content that resonates with target audiences.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels).
- Craft compelling copy that aligns with each brand’s voice and audience preferences.
- Design high-quality static imagery using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos optimized for platform-specific content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Manage influencer relationships, from outreach to collaboration, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep brands relevant and engaging.
- Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and refine content strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Content Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role managing organic social media for multiple brands.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
- Proficiency in graphic design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Experience shooting and editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
