Position Overview

Symmetrical Wolf is seeking an SEO & Web Automation Specialist to join our team at our Bridgewater, NJ office. This entry to mid-level role focuses on improving our websites performance and lead generation through effective SEO and automation. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing SEO strategies, optimizing web pages for better search visibility, and setting up basic automated workflows using simple scripting (Python/JavaScript) and tools like n8n. Key Responsibilities

SEO Optimization: Perform on-page and technical SEO improvements to boost site performance and search rankings.

Web Development Support: Assist in building and optimizing web pages for improved user experience and search visibility.

Automation Workflow Management: Set up and manage basic automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n) and simple scripting (Python, JavaScript).

Website Maintenance: Support routine website updates and troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure smooth operation.

Analytics & Research: Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor performance and inform strategies.

Content Optimization: Assist in content updates and implement SEO best practices across the website.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1 year of digital marketing

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in JavaScript and Python (or willingness to learn these for automation tasks).

CMS Familiarity: Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or Webflow) and on-page SEO best practices.

Analytics Tools: Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO optimization tools.

Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics.

Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
