Job Details

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for telling engaging stores across various platforms. This individual is proactive, highly motivated and has a passion for branded social media content, driving word of mouth and community building. This is a REMOTE role based in Orange County. Must reside in Southern California.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing related
  • Experienced in Technology and/or Consumer Goods
  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Strong editorial & copywriting skills
  • Ability to lead reporting and analysis for social channels
  • Ability to manage external agency partners, insisting on the highest standards while consistently delivering on deadline.
  • Create end-to-end social media strategy, including execution of our organic and paid channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Support key brand initiatives spanning brand affinity marketing, news, blog, product releases and activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop platform-specific strategies, building content calendars, providing feedback on concepts & content, fielding & curating support requests, writing copy, scheduling, monitoring, and assisting with productions.
  • Ideate and bring social point-of-view to the larger marketing team by assisting in social-first extensions of large integrated marketing campaigns
  • In charge of analyzing channel performance and present key learnings, trends, and campaign recaps to executive leadership.
  • Be the advocate for the voice of the customer to share customer insights and sentiment around product launches.
