The Opportunity: We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to own our organic social channels and bring Gardyn’s story to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. You'll lead content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaboration to elevate brand awareness, foster connection, and fuel business growth.

To nail your job you will:
Create Impactful Content
- Plan, write, and produce original content tailored for each platform (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Storyboard weekly content ideas with a focus on creative risk-taking and trend adaptation.
- Capture and repurpose UGC and influencer content to amplify reach.
- Own the editorial calendar and ensure brand alignment in everything we post.
- Write compelling, scroll-stopping copy that drives engagement and action.
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
Build and Nurture Our Community
- Engage daily with followers and members of our Facebook Groups (Master Gardyners & The Gardyners).
- Launch and manage interactive community activations — contests, polls, care packages, and more.
- Cultivate relationships with brand fans and advocates to grow loyalty and reach.
Collaborate with Influencers & Creators
- Develop briefs and give creative direction to freelancers, agencies, and UGC creators.
- Provide edits and creative direction for external projects from concept development to final revisions.
- Track content performance and deliver insights to guide future campaigns.
- Partner cross-functionally with Paid Media, PR, and Customer Experience to align messaging.
Measure What Matters
- Track KPIs across platforms (engagement, reach, conversions).
- A/B test content types, posting times, and CTAs.
- Continuously optimize for performance using data-driven insights.

- You have 4+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand (organic-focused).
- You have a strong portfolio of content — especially short-form video and UGC.
- You are skilled in video editing and storytelling (bonus points for scriptwriting chops).
