We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator experienced in all stages of content creation, social media management, and audience engagement to join an established San Diego digital media and marketing company that works with high-profile OnlyFans content creators to grow their brands and subscriber networks across social media platforms.

Social Media Coordinators (SMCs) are responsible for running multiple high-profile Instagram accounts, curating and posting across platforms, communicating with talent, and utilizing current trends to drive engagement and turn followers into OnlyFan subscribers. This role works closely with the Director of Social Media and is also responsible for executing content events with talent on occasion.

• $66,560 annual base salary

What You’ll Do:

• Manage social strategy, posting, calendaring, and audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts for high-profile OnlyFans creators
• Collaborate directly with the Director of Social Media to develop audience growth and social monetization strategies and build our talent/influencer client network
• Write captions for feed posts and reels, and create engaging story content to drive link clicks
• Curate and create content using photo, video, graphics
• Work with the Director of Social Media (who helps to manage the influencers/talent accounts) to ensure all talent is providing necessary content
• Escalate issues as needed, but do your best to resolve them first if/when possible
• Know everything there is to know about social media trends, competitors, great content, tips/tricks/tools for creating and tracking content
• Provide regular analytics reports

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of professional social media management experience - content curation, posting, captioning, tracking
• Strong experience with IG, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts
• Solid familiarity with OnlyFans and subscription services
• Great attitude and a kind and professional style of interaction with coworkers and clients
• Strong cross-platform content creation, video and photo editing, and graphic design abilities with a portfolio or work samples you can share
• Excellent writing/captioning and overall communication skills
• Flexible schedule and able to post and engage with audiences on nights and weekends as needed (within reason)
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail
• Proficient in using Google products and project management software (Asana)
• Imperative that you’re an excellent communicator. Both with your accounts directly and with the audiences across social platforms
• Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to get work done with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis and ask for help if needed
• Highly enthusiastic about social media, growth strategies, performance tracking, and achieving awesome results for your accounts
