The Method Marketing is seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator. The Method Marketing is a 7-person agency founded in 2021, offering strategic and performance-based marketing, business development, and product management services. POSITION OVERVIEW
You will post various social media content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, and occasionally Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora. You will collaborate with account strategists and creative, ensuring content is cohesive and adheres to the clients' brand and plan strategy. This will be accomplished by integrating the strategy on organic posts with paid advertising campaigns and SEO and SEM (i.e., namely search engines, related directories, and third-party websites) on software (i.e., Hootsuite, NextRoll, etc.), but with some manual entries. Our account strategists and creative will trust you to post hundreds of content every month and run ads through various platforms. They will also ask for your feedback and recommendations based on what you're seeing and vice versa.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven organic social media posts aligned with client plans and revenue and/or engagement goals.
Organic and Paid Social Media Content: Work with account strategists to create textual content, receive visuals from creative for the textual content, and edit and schedule various organic and paid content types on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, and occasionally Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora.
Integrate SEO/SEM on Social Media: Ensure integration principles in social media posts, ads, profiles, and comments to increase discoverability and drive traffic to websites and/or landing pages.
Comments: Actively manage and respond to comments and DM's.
Analytics and Reporting: Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and other reports, as requested by account strategists and your recommendation(s) to improve performance.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of algorithms and trends to ensure content is relevant and keep yourself ahead of the curb (i.e., if you want to attend a conference or further education, we'll support it).
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 3–5 years in social media.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta, etc.) and content integration tools (e.g., Canva).
Paid/Digital Ads Knowledge: Basic understanding of paid social media advertising (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta, etc.) and how it complements organic.
SEO Familiarity: Familiarity with basic on-page SEO to collaborate with account strategists on content creation.
Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to turn data into insights and not afraid to take risks.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
