Compensation Range: $100,000 – $110,000/year

Job Description:

Build and maintain scalable backend systems powering efficient at-home healthcare delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain APIs and WebSockets for integration with internal and third-party systems
2. Design and structure databases for efficient API communication
3. Maintain cloud-based backend infrastructure
4. Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure system architecture
5. Collaborate with frontend for API testing and validation

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

1. 3–5+ years of experience with NestJS (must be core backend expertise)
2. Proficiency in REST APIs and WebSockets
3. Strong experience building scalable APIs and data structures
4. Basic frontend experience (for API validation/testing)
5. Proficient with Python and Linux
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields

Nice-to-Haves:

1. Experience in both web and mobile development
2. AWS experience
