Job Summary

NinjaHoldings is seeking an experienced SEO Content Writer to lead the creation, optimization, and continuous improvement of content across our digital platforms. In this role, you’ll develop new web copy, conduct SEO keyword research, manage social media copy and community engagement, refine existing website content, and create clear, compelling customer-facing communications.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll write a wide range of content—from blog posts and social media updates to long-form research pieces—while optimizing existing assets to increase organic visibility and search performance. You’ll identify new content opportunities through keyword research, support organic growth initiatives, and contribute to broader marketing efforts.

This role requires a strong understanding of brand voice and editorial standards. You’ll work closely with our Content Manager to produce high-quality, conversion-driven content that resonates with prospects and customers alike.

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing, SEO copywriting, organic social strategy, and editing—along with deep experience in financial services and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create compelling, on-brand content aligned with business and growth goals
2. Edit and optimize content produced by internal team members and external vendors
3. Use internal tools and resources to write, review, and refine content
4. Follow established rewrite processes, guides, and checklists to ensure quality and consistency
5. Continuously produce content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement and conversions

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

1. BA/BS in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
2. 3+ years of professional digital copywriting experience
3. Financial services industry experience with exceptional written communication skills
4. Strong command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax (AP style preferred)
5. Experience writing for and managing corporate social media accounts
6. Background in advertising copywriting, campaign management, PR, or editorial work
7. Ability to craft creative, strategic messaging that emotionally engages target audiences
8. Highly self-directed with strong initiative and follow-through
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
10. Adaptable and receptive to feedback from legal, marketing, and other stakeholders

Additional Pluses

1. Experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
2. Familiarity with ChatGPT and other LLMs or AI-powered tools
3. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
4. Experience with WordPress
