We are hiring a SEO Manager-remote.
The SEO Manager supports the strategy, execution, and optimization of our organic search programs. This role blends technical SEO expertise, data analysis, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to grow visibility and organic traffic across a range of digital properties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Execute and support SEO strategies that drive measurable improvements in organic traffic and search rankings across multiple web properties.
2. Conduct technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog and aHrefs to identify and prioritize on-site optimizations.
3. Perform competitive and keyword research using tools like SEMRUSH and aHrefs.
4. Monitor performance trends through GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards; ensure data is actionable and insights are shared across teams.
5. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to implement SEO best practices site-wide.
6. Use tools like Crazy Egg to understand user behavior and identify CRO opportunities as part of holistic optimization.
7. Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools to continuously improve strategies.
Job Requirements:
1. 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a focus on scalable, data-driven SEO strategy and execution.
2. Proficiency with key SEO and analytics tools: SEMRUSH, aHrefs, Screaming Frog, Crazy Egg, GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
3. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable translating complex data into clear action plans.
5. Excellent communication skills; able to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
7. Experience with SEM campaigns and paid search platforms preferred.
8. Familiarity with local SEO and tools like Yext, Rio SEO, and Apple Business Connect preferred.
9. Active connections to SEO communities or newsletters (e.g., SEO FOMO, SEO Notebook, etc.) preferred.
