About the Position
The Princeton Review/Tutor.com is seeking a highly organized, solutions-focused Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to strengthen the operational efficiency, coordination, and strategic execution of the marketing organization. This role is central to ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely implementation of initiatives that drive Tutor.com’s growth, brand visibility, and organizational success. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Marketing and Corporate Communications, the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations acts as a critical point of coordination—facilitating communication, supporting project execution, managing workflows, and ensuring that initiatives move forward smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate excels at project management, process optimization, marketing technology systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role supports major enterprise marketing initiatives, including large-scale website rebuilds, virtual events, and multi-team campaign efforts. The Senior Manager also manages the marketing technology (MarTech) stack, oversees dashboards and KPIs, and collaborates closely with Sales Operations to ensure consistent campaign management, data flow, and performance reporting within Salesforce Account Engagement.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Provide project management support for major cross-functional marketing initiatives, including large-scale projects such as the company’s website rebuild and the coordination of virtual events and webinars.
- Support the Vice President of Marketing by coordinating departmental initiatives, maintaining timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring key milestones are met.
- Research, recommend, and implement a project management software solution to improve workflow visibility, coordination, and operational efficiency across the marketing organization.
- Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders to keep projects organized, aligned, and moving forward.
- Assist in campaign tracking, performance analysis, and preparing insights and recommendations for leadership review.
Marketing Technology (MarTech) Management
- Manage and maintain the marketing organization’s MarTech stack, including platforms for marketing communication and automation (e.g., Pardot), website analytics (GA4), SEO (Moz or similar), CMS tools (e.g., Umbraco or WordPress), and social media management (e.g., Hootsuite or Sprout Social).
- Leverage the company’s current technology and research emerging marketing technologies—such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud web personalization—to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and expanded capabilities.
- Ensure MarTech tools are properly integrated and leveraged to support campaign execution, data monitoring, and performance benchmarking.
- Oversee MarTech utilization to support scalable marketing processes and enable actionable performance insights.
Reporting, Dashboards & Performance Insights
- Create, manage, and continuously enhance a comprehensive marketing dashboard to track KPIs, monitor campaign and channel performance, and discover trends for senior leadership.
- Prepare clear and actionable performance reports and insights to guide strategy and ongoing optimization.
- Support data integrity efforts through consistent documentation and process alignment.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to ensure alignment between sales and marketing processes, including lead management, shared reporting, and data flow consistency.
- Serve as the Marketing Admin for Salesforce, providing support and oversight for all marketing functions within the platform, including campaigns, email, landing pages, forms, list management, and data hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper tracking systems are in place to support smooth handoffs between marketing and sales.
Process Optimization & Operational Support
- Document processes, manage project resources, and track deliverables to strengthen operational clarity and accountability across marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance coordination, and create efficiencies across marketing functions.
- Support initiatives that improve the scalability, operational discipline, and effectiveness of the marketing organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Institutional Marketing.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, MarTech administration, or a related field.
- You are a systems thinker with strong organizational and process-development skills.
- You have proven experience working with MarTech tools such as Salesforce Account Engagement, GA4, SEO platforms, CMS systems, and social media tools.
- You bring hands-on experience with Salesforce marketing tools, including campaigns, lists, forms, and email/landing page creation. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist preferred.
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You bring strong project management skills, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-team initiatives.
- You are analytical and data-driven, comfortable turning metrics into insights and recommendations.
- You take initiative, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions that improve team effectiveness.

The Princeton Review offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and skills. The salary for this position will be $82,000-$125,000 per year.
