We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be in charge of the overall day to day responsibilities of the store. The manager will be in the store a few days per week and able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
Responsibilities
- Coaching, managing, teaching, and motivating a team of sales associates – completing sales goals paperwork on a daily basis
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensuring that customer service is kept at a premium level
- Recruiting, hiring and maintaining sales staff for the store on an ongoing basis
- Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the store, including restocking the floor regularly to create the best presentation
- Being proactive and always a step ahead of what’s going on
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Additional store manager duties as needed
- Assist with business development (Wholesale & Commissions)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
