Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with product selection and offer personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales is desirable
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels
- Ability to perform product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
