We are a one-of-a-kind brokerage led by investors and specializing in investors. We are looking for an agent who has worked with investors in the past and is hungry to work with more investor clients and leads and turn them into repeat clients.

Our love for investors started with our Founder & CEO, who not only has more than 17 years of experience in real estate, but she has also created a huge portfolio of 55 rental doors. Because of this, she has a huge sphere of investor clients and business owners who are looking to build real estate portfolios by fixing up houses and then listing them on the open market to make a profit.

We are looking for an agent who is excited to work with these leads/clients. This person should be able to explain the benefits of real estate investing to beginners and teach them how to get started, as well as consult the more experienced investors and help them optimize their real estate portfolios.

This agent knows how to search and identify good investment opportunities and also evaluate them for the ROI and criteria that our clients are looking for. This agent needs to be very strong at CMAs and coming up with ARV. The majority of our investor clients let us list any property we bring to them to buy, so not only does this agent need to be strong when negotiating to get a good price, but also have experience and expertise listing properties and know what it takes to sell a listing cosmetically as well.

We have a huge incubator of investor leads that generates ready to go clients daily, along with our team and CEO’s large sphere of influence making this opportunity truly a slam dunk that is waiting for the right candidate who will come in and crush it.

Compensation $110,000 at plan (Commission Based)

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications

• Real Estate license
• Commitment to working in real estate full time
• Listing experience & success
• Ideally experience working with investors
• A love of real estate investing!
• If you personally own an Investment property or completed a fix & flip, that’s a plus.
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Responsibilities

• Find investor properties both on market and off market to fit clients’ buy box
• Evaluate the investments, and calculate market rent and ARV
• Analyze comparables and be able to know what a home would sell for with certain renovations
• Be able to work with a large number of investor leads and stay consistent with communication
• Be quick on your feet and solve small problems quickly and more complex problems strategically
• Work daily from a schedule and time block to achieve consistent and stable success
• Have conversations daily with all referrals and leads given to you, and report back results
• Pick up the phone without hesitation to call leads and follow up with prospects in an urgent manner
• Nurture leads in various stages of the pipeline until they are ready to invest
