About the Role

Airtable is seeking a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of its paid search campaigns. You’ll step into an active, high-investment SEM environment and be expected to contribute immediately—overseeing live campaigns, refining keyword strategies, optimizing bidding systems, and running experiments to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

You’ll collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing and Data teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and tracked end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads, including budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword refinement
  2. Drive non-brand keyword expansion across core use cases such as CRM, project management, and workflow automation
  3. Analyze campaign performance regularly and provide weekly updates, insights, and optimization recommendations
  4. Run structured experiments, document results, and continuously improve campaign performance

What You Bring

SEM Expertise

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads
  2. Proven ability to build and optimize campaigns directly within platforms

Technical Skills

  1. Experience with conversion tracking, value-based bidding, and smart bidding strategies
  2. Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies

Product-Led Growth Experience

  1. Background in product-led or self-serve environments
  2. Understanding of optimizing for high-quality user sign-ups, not just volume

Analytical Mindset

  1. Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
  2. Experience using tools like Looker to visualize and communicate performance data
  3. Comfortable forming hypotheses and measuring impact through testing

AI-Driven Approach

  1. Familiarity with using AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, and content creation
  2. Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Communication & Organization

  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively share updates and flag issues
  2. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

What We Offer

  1. Contract duration: 6 months with potential for extension
  2. Start date: ASAP
  3. Work schedule: 30–40 hours per week
