We have the "engine" (execution and delivery) ready to go, but we are looking for a Technical Face to lead our client-facing interactions, specifically interviews and discovery calls.

- The Support System: You will never go into a call cold. For every interview or stand-up, my team provides a "Technical Sync Brief" detailing exactly what has been built, the logic used, and specific talking points to ensure you are always the smartest person in the room.

- The Workflow: We handle 100% of the "heavy lifting"—lead generation, bidding, project management, and 24/7 coding. Your role is strictly focused on the communication layer: handling the initial interviews to secure the job and leading brief daily/weekly client syncs (approx. 1–2 hours/day).

- Financial Security: This is a pure revenue-share model. You receive 25–30% of the gross contract value. With typical US contracts ranging from $8k–$15k/month, 2–3 active projects generate a significant monthly side income for a very limited time commitment.
