We are seeking a skilled embroidery Application specialist to join our team.

1. The successful candidate must have embroidery machine application knowledge and experience.
2. This is a remote role reporting into our Melco headquarters in Westminster, CO.
3. This job requires up to 70% travel.

Job Summary

Our Applications Specialist embodies the Melco brand and culture and is a professional who understands the value of results-driven customer service. The Applications Specialist will be responsible for supporting Melco customers including visiting customers and training them on best practices with Melco software and equipment, conducting brainstorming sessions, assisting in online social media training and applications support.

Essential Functions

1. Support new customers with best practices on Melco software and equipment.
2. Remotely support existing customers with best practices on Melco software and equipment.
3. Attend industry trade shows as a representative of the Melco applications team.
4. Support trade shows as head technical support as needed.
5. Be key training resource for digital products.
6. Assist in supporting social media campaigns with applications type media.
7. Become an expert in the decoration industry. This includes both embroidery and digital decoration methods.
8. Assist Melco engineering with existing and developing projects.

Required Skills

1. Minimum of 3 years of decoration production experience
2. Minimum of 3 years of embroidery digitizing. Preferably with Melco DesignShop
3. Minimum of3 years of using and working with Melco embroidery equipment
4. Able to create and edit graphics in Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw
5. Able to work on a very fast pace team and be a contributing member
6. Proficient in speaking and presenting to large groups
7. Self-motivated and independent — requiring little guidance
8. Willing to learn new decoration methods.

Travel

Travel is required for this position— up to 70%, mainly domestic, but some International may be required
