The Quality Assurance Coordinator & Compliance Auditor will be specifically responsible for:
1. The safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and the company’s policy and procedures.
2. Ensuring that accurate records are maintained according to legal requirements to ensure efficiency in the business.
3. Implementing quality management and improvement systems.
4. Ensuring open channels of communication with service users, their families and representatives, staff and other health and social care professionals to deliver high quality home care services.
5. Advising and guide staff on policies and CQC standards
6. Ensuring that audits are completed to ensure that standards are maintained
7. Conducting health, safety and risk management audits.
8. Conducting remote audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Schedule
9. Conducting pre-audits for UK QA team in accordance with the Annual Audit Schedule
10. Conducting telephone audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Schedule
11. Conducting desktop audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Schedule
12. Administrating Audits conducted by QA Officers / Coordinator
13. Administrating Audits conducted by UK QA Auditor
14. Administrating Self-Audits conducted by Area Managers, Lines Managers Etc
15. Administrating Property Visit Reports conducted by Housing Officers
16. Expediting Audits & Non-Conformities (chase ups)
17. Attending Meetings
18. Ensuring that Health and Safety Legislation is adhered to at all times
19. Investigating non-compliance issues and highlight issues of concern
20. Promoting a compliance culture at all times
21. Keeping abreast and up to date with law, best practice and company policies and ensuring that this is effectively communicated to the management and staff teams
Generic Duties: In addition to specific responsibilities, the role will also be responsible for ensuring:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
