Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
· Manage company social media sites and blog
· Update website as needed
· Manage and execute online and print advertising (email campaigns, company website, Google & Facebook business pages, direct mailings, etc.)
· Create traditional ads assisting with design, copy and script creation (flyers, brochures, etc.)
· Create Facebook/Google ads assisting with design, copy and script creation
· Seek out potential clients for various lines of business
*Assisting on local and remote photo and video shoots as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
· High level of organization and attention to detail
· Some basic video and graphic design skills so you can create and publish social content independently when needed.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Team-oriented, willing to pitch in and help when needed
· Knowledge of Social Media and Web Marketing tools
· Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook pixel is a plus
· Deep knowledge of all major social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit…) and tailoring a well-thought-out content strategy for each of them.
· Results Driven
· Self-starter. Can turn a vague idea into a tangible asset with limited input. The confidence to take a project and run with it and the humility to ask for help before it’s too late.
· Loves building community and engaging with customers on a deep level. Includes diving into direct messages and comments.
· Can do a lot with a little, while wearing a lot of hats. You’ll be part social media manager, part customer service rep as you grow into the true outward facing cheerleader of the brand.
· Dependable, Reliable, Punctual
· Some Nights/Weekends as needed
