We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) to develop and maintain process and policy documentation. This role involves creating clear, user-friendly content and collaborating with cross-functional teams-including Business Area Experts, Developers, and Client teams during PBM implementation projects.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
COMPENSATION: $25.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and document technical operating processes.
- Develop high-quality content aligned with company standards and audience objectives.
- Analyze and improve existing documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with management to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Utilize standardized company templates when applicable.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance a variety of complex business and user documents.
- Execute document quality assurance processes to align with established standards and client expectations.
- Perform writing, copy editing, technical editing, and documentation design activities.
- Maintain and organize a knowledge repository to ensure document libraries are well-structured and easily accessible.
- Perform quality assurance checks on documents to ensure adherence to company and client standards.
- Design and manage document flow, structure, and table of contents to meet project requirements.
- Review and edit work from junior-level contributors to ensure consistency and accuracy.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy benefits management policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced formatting and editing capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Certification, formal training, or proven competency in PBM operations.
- Relevant experience in technical writing and PBM document development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PBM operations documentation.
- High attention to detail with advanced editing and formatting expertise.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, understandable content.
