We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to take ownership of our partner marketing efforts end-to-end. In this role, you’ll develop programs, content, and enablement strategies that turn our partner ecosystem into a powerful driver of pipeline and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with strategic, technology, reseller, and referral partners to expand reach and generate qualified pipeline
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for key partners, aligning on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead partner event strategy, including virtual activations and major industry conferences, ensuring strong execution and ROI
- Create co-branded content such as case studies, solution briefs, blogs, and white papers that highlight shared value propositions
- Build partner-facing assets, toolkits, and enablement materials in collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to ensure visibility and accountability
- Maintain consistent communication with partners regarding product updates, marketing initiatives, and joint campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in the residential construction industry, including knowledge of builders, contractors, and the supply chain ecosystem
- Strong track record of executing successful co-marketing programs with measurable impact
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both internal teams and external partners
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and craft compelling marketing narratives
