We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to take ownership of our partner marketing efforts end-to-end. In this role, you’ll develop programs, content, and enablement strategies that turn our partner ecosystem into a powerful driver of pipeline and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with strategic, technology, reseller, and referral partners to expand reach and generate qualified pipeline
  2. Act as the primary marketing point of contact for key partners, aligning on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  3. Lead partner event strategy, including virtual activations and major industry conferences, ensuring strong execution and ROI
  4. Create co-branded content such as case studies, solution briefs, blogs, and white papers that highlight shared value propositions
  5. Build partner-facing assets, toolkits, and enablement materials in collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams
  6. Track and report on partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to ensure visibility and accountability
  7. Maintain consistent communication with partners regarding product updates, marketing initiatives, and joint campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience in the residential construction industry, including knowledge of builders, contractors, and the supply chain ecosystem
  2. Strong track record of executing successful co-marketing programs with measurable impact
  3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both internal teams and external partners
  5. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
  6. Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and craft compelling marketing narratives
