Job Description:

We’re a boutique, data-driven brokerage serving Manhattan and Brooklyn with a fresh, tech-forward approach. Our team thrives on sophisticated marketing, streamlined operations, and building lasting client relationships.

We’re seeking an Operations & Marketing Assistant who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced real estate environment. This role blends behind-the-scenes organization with creative marketing execution.

Responsibilities

Operations Support

  1. Coordinate day-to-day office and team operations.
  2. Manage listing processes: scheduling photography, staging, floorplans, and showings.
  3. Maintain client databases, contact lists, and CRM entries.
  4. Support transaction management from listing agreements to closing checklists.
  5. Assist with vendor coordination (photographers, stagers, contractors, printers).
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed.

Marketing Support

  1. Assist in creating and scheduling content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  2. Draft property descriptions, marketing copy, and listing brochures.
  3. Update and maintain website/blog content for SEO optimization.
  4. Support video shoots, open house materials, and client events.
  5. Research market trends and competitor strategies to keep marketing fresh.
  6. Track marketing analytics and help refine strategies based on performance.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in real estate, marketing, or operations preferred (internships welcome).
  3. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  4. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok a plus).
  6. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  7. Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
