Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Technology Specialist with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO). You will lead the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing tech tools to drive personalized campaigns, improve customer experiences, and support data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead AEP & AJO configuration, integration, and governance across teams
2. Define customer segments using behavioral and transactional data
3. Execute and optimize multi-channel automated marketing campaigns
4. Drive the MarTech roadmap, aligning tech initiatives with business goals
5. Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
6. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to maximize tool usage
7. Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Marketing Technology Specialist or similar role, with expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO).
3. Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer journey orchestration.
5. Experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
6. Familiarity with other Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
8. Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to integrate AEP/AJO with other platforms and systems.
9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. 8+ years of experience in marketing and/or advertising technology roles.
2. Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert in AEP or AJO) are a plus.
3. Experience with cloud-based marketing technologies or enterprise marketing platforms.
4. The individual should have a background in the media and entertainment industry.
