Job Description:


This role is responsible for owning SWG’s presence across multiple marketplace sales channels (Amazon, Walmart, DTC site). You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and analyzing metrics to achieve revenue and profitability goals. This role will report directly to our VP of Digital Retail.

Your Role:

  1. Manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing (in conjunction with our agency & with support of our marketing and creative teams).
  2. Set and track core performance KPIs—including sales, sales forecast, inventory levels, promotional spend, keyword rankings, ratings & reviews.
  3. Monitor and present competitive and category analysis in your marketplace sales channels.
  4. Optimize product content and imagery to improve conversion rates.
  5. Develop and action an effective promotional and discounting strategy.
  6. Develop and collaborate on advertising budget and advertising strategy.
  7. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  8. Implement product assortment & competitive pricing strategies per each sales channel.
  9. Monitor and adjust pricing to maintain profitability while considering market dynamics.
  10. Stay updated on policies and ensure compliance with their terms of service.
  11. Handle issues related to account suspensions or policy violations.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align strategies with overall business goals.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of digital sales experience, specifically on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify.
  3. Experience with both 1P and 3P on Amazon & Walmart.
  4. Project management software experience, Wrike, Asana, Jira, etc.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  6. Sales & Inventory forecasting.
  7. Experience within Telehealth and CPG categories preferred.
  8. Prior full P&L ownership preferred.


Work Location

  1. Hybrid/Remote - you will be required to travel and work on-site at our Las Vegas headquarters as business needs dictate (roughly once a quarter).
