🚀 We are seeking an experienced Marketing Website Specialist to join our world-class marketing team as the driving force behind Tony Robbin’s web presence. Our Marketing Website Specialist is a critically important member of the Robbins Research International Marketing team and will focus on managing and executing all new webpage builds across Tony Robbins digital footprint including an upcoming headless CMS experience, WordPress, Hubspot, Shopify, ClickFunnels, ION, and more.

TECHNICAL STACK & MARKETING PROFICIENCIES
- HTML; Ensure proper structuring of content of web pages
- CSS; ensure proper styling of visual elements in accordance with brand guidelines
- JavaScript; create interactive features and functionality
This role will be responsible for the development, design, and maintenance of all Tony Robbins web pages.
Additional outcomes will include conversion optimization, creating effective landing pages, optimizing forms and calls-to-action, experimenting to identify the most effective strategies, as well as tracking website traffic, user behavior, SEO, and other key metrics to improve the website performance.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute the building of new webpages across Tony Robbins digital footprint.
- Function as the gate keeper of webpage requests, making sure every page added or updated aligns with brand guidelines, the overall web strategy, and site architecture.
- Work with the web team to create a seamless brand and user experience across every webpage on all platforms.
- Collaborate with members of the marketing team to align website strategy, design, content, and execution of business objectives and priorities.
- Optimize conversions for sales and lead generation funnel marketing, including:
- Contributing innovative ideas for funnel conversion tactics
- Conducting experimenting to create proven webpages backed by user data
- Monitoring site performance and website traffic, irregularities, issues, trends, and opportunities
- Recognize and define opportunities and tools for cross-selling and up-selling
- Maintaining a pulse on industry standards for generating high conversions
- Track website traffic, analytics, and reporting on key metrics
- Create unified digital experiences that bring together the Tony Robbins content strategy
- UI/UX Optimization
- Create cohesive branding to generate leads, engage the customer, and ultimately drive revenue
- Assist with the addition/implementation of/migration to new platforms into our tech stack
- Collaborate with members of the marketing and IT team to ready new pages for launch, Including:
- Managing all steps for page launch including the setup of ecommerce products, lead gen forms, tracking scripts, and more
- Testing new across browsers, operating systems, and devices
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years website management experience
- A true passion for Marketing - Proven experience working on a Marketing team and within Digital Marketing campaigns and events is a HUGE plus
- Full understanding of responsive and accessible web design
- Ability to code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; must be proficient with basic build functions
- Website & e-commerce proficiency
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with page builders such as Clickfunnels and Hubspot
- Project management experience (Asana or Jira preferred)
- Experience optimizing webpages for site speed
- Expert understanding of the content aspects of SEO
- Experience with WCAG 2.1 level AA accessibility conformance
SOFT SKILLS
- Detailed-oriented, self-starter, and team player with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills for keeping team members up to date on projects in a fully-remote setting
- An eye for user-centric design with a head for data-driven decision making
- Demonstrable skill with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Maintains elegance, grace and an upbeat attitude through the ebbs and flows of an event-based business cycle, last minute changes, urgent requests and changes in direction or priorities
