We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with researchers, project managers, and creative directors to create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns
  • Use multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behaviors that could affect the design of a campaign
  • Support in tracking sales using CRM software and following up with digital sales leads.
  • Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
  • Supports sales presentations, campaign updates, project management, and communication between the project team and clients
  • Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
  • Act as the communication nerve center for multiple projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence
  • Manage and complete projects within scope and quality standards
  • Assisting in developing business development objectives and plan
  • Creating marketing collateral and advertisements
  • Provide administrative or general support services as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years in Marketing experience
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat software, customer relationship management software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
