Our well known financial services client is looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager to come and support one of their new online platforms.

An ideal candidate for this role would be able to partner cross functionally with product, analytics, and the channel execution teams to pull all the pieces together— understand the program (from product to marketing tactics), develop marketing strategy and execute upon it. Someone with an understanding of a large matrixed organization and preferably large financial services organizatoins, itself, would be ideal.

This role is 100% remote but canidadtes sitting in New York City are preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Core Responsibilities

Serving as the overall Marketing Project Manager for our client’s team, the following responsibilities are key to the role:

  • Support Partnership Marketing Lead in leadership reviews and steerco presentation decks
  • Work with product and digital teams to understand base capabilities, and translate to develop marketing strategy
  • Manage campaign milestones and processes alongside digital strategy, email strategy, creative strategy and channel/execution leads

o Act as a “checker” (aka support) on all requirement documents, control, and governance tasks

  • Partner with channel leads and channel execution teams on implementation of plans, including deployments, test strategies, UAT/QA processes, etc
  • Work with analytics teams to develop testing grids, readout roadmaps, etc.
  • Tracking campaign execution progress across all channels (digital placements, email, print/statements, ATM, etc)
  • Oversee all creative development to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and in budget
  • Working across multi-functional teams, such as:

o Product and Marketing Strategy team
o Digital Channel team and Operations
o Creative agencies (internal and external)
o Channel Execution teams
o Marketing Information Management
o Marketing Analytics

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required
  • Experience with marketing project and program management
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
  • High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation
  • Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus
