About the Role:

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing automated sales funnels (using our current Clickfunnels and Highlevel CRM) that nurture and convert leads into loyal patients. You will play a key role in improving our email marketing efforts, lead nurturing workflows, and paid ad campaigns, ensuring all efforts align with our clinic’s goals and help drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

1. Design & Optimize Sales Funnels: Build and optimize automated sales funnels to convert leads into patients, ensuring they align with our brand and overall marketing strategy.
2. Email Campaigns & Drip Sequences: Create and manage high-converting email sequences (drip campaigns) that educate, engage, and convert leads at every stage of the customer journey.
3. Lead Nurturing Workflows: Set up automated workflows within Highlevel CRM to nurture leads and ensure personalized, timely follow-ups.
4. Paid Ad Campaigns: Manage and integrate paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram into our funnels, optimizing performance and conversions.
5. A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously A/B test landing pages, email campaigns, and funnel elements to improve conversion rates and overall funnel performance.
6. SEO & Digital Marketing Best Practices: Implement and refine SEO strategies for landing pages and email content to ensure high visibility and engagement, following the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
7. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with copywriters, designers, and the sales team to craft compelling, patient-focused content that resonates with our audience.
8. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze funnel performance data, leveraging insights to drive optimization and ensure a positive ROI on all campaigns.
9. Work Independently: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while working autonomously and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
10. Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest marketing automation trends and best practices, ensuring that our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience with Clickfunnels, Highlevel CRM, and integrating paid ads (Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, IG) into funnels.
2. Strong understanding of copywriting principles for creating high-converting email and landing page content.
3. Experience with SEO and digital marketing best practices to enhance the performance of funnels and content.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/campaigns at once while maintaining a high level of quality and focus.
5. Solid understanding of A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.
6. Familiarity with health, wellness, or regenerative medicine marketing is required.
7. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
