An Implementation Supervisor is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Fairdale, KY area. This position manages and oversees mid to large-scale implementation projects for Helix Migration, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery through strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

responsibilities:

1. Leads cross-functional implementation teams.
2. 
   
3. Analyzes project outcomes, creates templates, reports, and post-implementation audits.
4. 
   
5. Conducts client communications and provides weekly status reports.
6. 
   
7. Hosts project review meetings and follows up on action items.
8. 
   
9. Collaborates with Program Manager and attends daily status meetings (via Zoom).
10. 
    
11. Uses project management tools to monitor progress and success.
12. 
    
13. Develops detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource assignments.
14. 
    
15. Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies.
16. 
    
17. Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) for solution validation.
18. 
    
19. Serves as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycle.
20. 
    
21. Resolves issues proactively to maintain project alignment.

Skills:
