An Implementation Supervisor is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Fairdale, KY area. This position manages and oversees mid to large-scale implementation projects for Helix Migration, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery through strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

responsibilities:

• Leads cross-functional implementation teams.

• Analyzes project outcomes, creates templates, reports, and post-implementation audits.

• Conducts client communications and provides weekly status reports.
• 
  
• Hosts project review meetings and follows up on action items.
• 
  
• Collaborates with Program Manager and attends daily status meetings (via Zoom).
• 
  
• Uses project management tools to monitor progress and success.
• 
  
• Develops detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource assignments.
• 
  
• Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies.
• 
  
• Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) for solution validation.
• 
  
• Serves as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycle.
• 
  
• Resolves issues proactively to maintain project alignment.

Skills:
