Kids’ Corps, Inc. is a 501 c-3 non-profit, with more than three decades of service to the diverse community of Anchorage, Alaska dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive child development services through the Head Start, Early Head Start, and Parents as Teachers programs. Our services prepare children for school success by engaging parents as their child's most important teacher, supporting family self-sufficiency and effectively meeting each child's unique developmental needs.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will...

  • Assist the management team in continually improving practices, processes, and the employee experience to deepen impact and establish the organization as a first choice employer
  • Manage all aspects of HR including recruitment, staff retention and appreciation, benefits administration, training, staff development, and compliance
  • Inspire, develop, and lead by fostering a culture that values inclusion, respect, connection, passion for the mission and accountability for achieving results that improve the lives of children and families

Starting pay for this position is $72,453 with a bachelor's degree and $83,165 with a graduate degree 

This position is exempt. 

To be considered you must possess a bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or training in staff recruitment, training, and performance management
