About the Role
This starts as a commission-only role for someone who’s hungry, driven to earn, and experienced in high-ticket sales.
As the Founding Sales Rep, you’ll initially manage the entire sales cycle—from booking calls to closing clients—starting with our $3,000 coaching program and expanding into additional offers as we grow.
You won’t be handed a script and micromanaged. But you also won’t be left on an island. You’ll be part of the launch team, led and supported directly by the founder. You’ll be equipped with a proven offer, inbound and outbound lead sources, and clear systems—then incentivized to drive results.
This role is ideal for someone who’s confident selling via phone and Zoom, communicates with clarity and presence, and thrives on turning conversations into conversions.

Compensation & Bonus Structure
Earn $6K–$15K + per month.
Compensation is a combination of tiered commission (up to 13%) and monthly performance bonuses (up to $5,000).
