High-Ticket Founding Sales Rep


Location: Remote

Type: Contract-to-Hire (1099 Commission + Bonus to W2)

About the Role

This starts as a commission-only role for someone who’s hungry, driven to earn, and experienced in high-ticket sales.


As the Founding Sales Rep, you’ll initially manage the entire sales cycle—from booking calls to closing clients—starting with our $3,000 coaching program and expanding into additional offers as we grow.


You won’t be handed a script and micromanaged. But you also won’t be left on an island. You’ll be part of the launch team, led and supported directly by the founder. You’ll be equipped with a proven offer, inbound and outbound lead sources, and clear systems—then incentivized to drive results.


This role is ideal for someone who’s confident selling via phone and Zoom, communicates with clarity and presence, and thrives on turning conversations into conversions.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Own the full sales process: SDR type outreach, discovery calls, and closing


  1. Manage a daily call flow of 4 - 12 prospects


  1. Follow structured call frameworks while bringing your own voice


  1. Log all activity and follow-ups in the GO HIGH LEVEL CRM


  1. Maintain pipeline momentum and clear next steps


  1. Collaborate with the founder to improve scripts, processes, and lead quality


  1. Follow up with leads from lead magnets, affiliate referrals, scheduled consults from warm sources and cold email campaigns.


You’re a Fit If You...


  1. Have closed $2K+ offers in coaching or programs via phone or zoom


  1. Are hungry to prove yourself and make $10K–$15K+/month through commission


  1. Present yourself well on phone and on Zoom, with a professional background and setup


  1. Know how to build rapport and handle objections with integrity


  1. Can write strong outreach messages and follow-ups without sounding robotic


  1. Work well in a startup environment with freedom and responsibility


Compensation & Bonus Structure


Earn $6K–$15K + per month.


Compensation is a combination of tiered commission (up to 13%) and monthly performance bonuses (up to $5,000).

After consistent performance (e.g. averaging 20+ sales/month for 3 consecutive months), you’ll be eligible to transition from the monthly bonus milestone structure into a salaried position with:


  1. $50,000 base salary


  1. Same tiered commission percentages


  1. Two weeks PTO
