1. Lead and manage multiple client projects using structured project management practices and tools.
2. Oversee project components including scope, timeline, budget, deliverables, risks, and change controls.
3. Use PSA tools and documentation systems to track tasks, timelines, resources, and time entry for billing and forecasting.
4. Participate in sprint planning and resourcing discussions to ensure alignment with delivery capacity.
5. Work cross-functionally with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to align technical deliverables with client goals.
6. Coordinate deployments involving firewall replacements, SD-WAN rollouts, cloud migrations, and other infrastructure initiatives.
7. Track and report on project performance using defined KPIs (e.g., scope, timeline, budget adherence).
8. Previous MSP experience strongly desired
