• Lead and manage multiple client projects using structured project management practices and tools.
• Oversee project components including scope, timeline, budget, deliverables, risks, and change controls.
• Use PSA tools and documentation systems to track tasks, timelines, resources, and time entry for billing and forecasting.
• Participate in sprint planning and resourcing discussions to ensure alignment with delivery capacity.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to align technical deliverables with client goals.
• Coordinate deployments involving firewall replacements, SD-WAN rollouts, cloud migrations, and other infrastructure initiatives.
• Track and report on project performance using defined KPIs (e.g., scope, timeline, budget adherence).
• Previous MSP experience strongly desired
