Dealers United Co-Op Managers are a billing specialist that help our dealership-partners, customers, and clients in various industries (automotive, home services, legal services, elective medical) claim their Co-Op advertising dollars from their OEMs. The Co-Op manager helps clients maximize their advertising budgets for social media ads, Google ads, Over-the-top (CTV / Streaming), Email marketing, and other forms of digital advertising.
This is a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submit applications for dealerships’ digital ad campaigns to be compensated through automotive dealership OEM programs every month.
- Thoroughly understand all automotive OEM Co-Op programs and be able to adapt quickly to each program’s intricacies and changes.
- Meet with account managers and creative team to teach them a thorough understanding of Co-Op, Pre-Approvals, and Claims Approved.
- Work with finance / billing teams to align billing format to Co-Op standards.
- Advise on strategies or solutions to overcome rejected applications.
- Create processes and manage outsourced projects.
- Manage cases in a timely manner and be responsible for clear communication on progress with account managers and team leads.
- Professionally and proactively reach out to necessary parties to ensure claims are approved, and work to resolve application issues if any occur.
- Be familiar with Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google ad managers and have a general understanding digital advertising performance metrics.
- Be responsible for asset quality control, reviewing designs for errors, legality issues, Co-Op requirements, functionality, spelling/grammar, etc.
- Stay up to date and flexible with Facebook, OEM, and industry best practices and guidelines
- Identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and increase growth within Co-Op departments
- Study the industries mentioned in the overview section above, including individual OEM trends, styles, and design rules
