We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, enhance brand awareness, and attract new patients, primarily by community outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of healthcare industry trends, excellent people skills, the ability to create and nurture relationships with referral sources, ability to travel within Kent and Sussex counties, professional appearance and demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve patient acquisition and retention goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, patient demographics, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive patient engagement and increase website traffic.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., physicians, administrators, and support staff) to create marketing materials, content, and campaigns that align with the organization’s goals and values.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to raise awareness of healthcare services and build relationships within the community.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance in marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- Associates’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting metrics to drive informed decisions.
