What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring marketing head to drive strategy, execution, and team leadership across North America and LATAM. Your mission? Craft compelling narratives, deliver measurable growth, and lead a talented team to new heights.

1. Lead and evolve our regional marketing strategy across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
2. Drive performance across all major channels—SEO, SEM, email, content, display, and social media.
3. Own the digital roadmap, from acquisition to retention and everything in between.
4. Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and continuously optimize performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns that cut through the noise.
6. Inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver excellence.
7. Ensure brand consistency while tailoring content to local markets.

What You Bring

We’re after someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on know-how—and the ability to move fast and think big.

1. 8+ years’ experience in marketing leadership, ideally within financial services or ecommerce.
2. Deep understanding of retail trading audiences, with proven campaign success in the CFD/FX space.
3. Track record of driving growth across U.S., Canadian, and LATAM markets.
4. A curious, data-informed mindset, constantly seeking better ways to reach and convert.
5. Expertise across the full digital marketing mix: SEO, paid search, email, content, display, social media.
6. Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and shape future strategies.
7. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
