Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HCV Coordinator at Taylor Housing Commission. The HCV Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the administration and management of Housing Choice Vouchers. This includes processing applications, determining program eligibility, conducting inspections, and coordinating with landlords and participants for lease agreements and rental payments. The HCV Coordinator will also provide customer service and support to participants and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

• Ability to effectively communicate and provide customer service
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data management

• Experience in housing or social services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
