We are looking for a talented Global Sales Support Planning Manager to join our team specializing in Sales for our Power Systems Business based in Shoreview MN and your remote home office (other US & non-US locations considered).  

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leads the Powergen Sales Force Automation capability planning & strategy initiative across the “Lead to Cash” space.
  • Partners with business leaders, stakeholders, IT, vendors & SMEs to ensure in-depth understanding of technology & business drivers.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with external & internal stakeholders to deliver the short, mid & long-term capability roadmap.
  • Establishes the framework to achieve the Powergen Systems Technology platform strategic goals.
  • Defines new structured process for the creation of an evergreen Powergen focused planning roadmap, & One Page Plan (OPP).
  • Articulating Value Proposition - Interprets internal and external customer needs based on relevant application; explains and demonstrates products, solutions, and services to distinguish strengths and weaknesses to meet customer's specific needs to differentiate against competition.
  • Storytelling- Develops and delivers a compelling narrative which resonates with a target audience and influences a decision or course of action.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College or university bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft productivity tools required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Significant experience within sales required (sales representative, sales management, roles supporting sales capabilities).
  • Experience in Training and Development or Human Resources required, including managerial experience.
  • Broad business knowledge required.
  • Experience with developing performance improvement strategies preferred.
  • Experience in a global organization preferred.

 

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
