We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, content creation, and digital advertising platforms to effectively reach target audiences and improve conversion rates across our e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will have experience with various digital tools and a passion for e-commerce growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies using SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Manage content creation and content management systems (CMS) to ensure engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages
- Optimize product listings for conversion through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and performance marketing techniques
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM campaigns to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for content optimization and paid advertising campaigns
- Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TIKTOK to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to support marketing campaigns
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and promote special offers or new products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and coordinate efforts across various digital channels
- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and marketing automation tools to enhance website functionality and automate marketing workflows
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a focus on online sales channels
- Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies, and performance marketing techniques
- Proficiency in content creation including copywriting for product descriptions, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus for technical website optimization tasks
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $29.22 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
