We’re looking for a Director of Growth & Marketing to guide the next stage of our company’s expansion. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on strategist who can modernize and scale our marketing and growth operations—transforming a trusted technical leader into a recognized brand in the GovTech and construction software sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  2. Build a scalable lead generation system through inbound, outbound, digital, and partner-driven campaigns
  3. Define market positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  4. Oversee content marketing, website management, SEO, email campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership programs
  5. Implement CRM-based lead nurturing and reporting frameworks (MQL, SQL, pipeline tracking)
  6. Collaborate with leadership and project teams to create case studies, client success stories, and industry presentations
  7. Identify partnerships, conferences, and public-sector opportunities to enhance visibility
  8. Manage and mentor marketing and sales development team members

Qualifications

  1. 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or enterprise software marketing with measurable growth results
  2. Proven ability to lead both strategy and hands-on execution in small or midsize teams
  3. Strong understanding of demand generation, market positioning, and funnel analytics
  4. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  5. Familiarity with government contracting or infrastructure software markets is a plus
  6. Candidates based in the New York metropolitan area are preferred
