We’re looking for a Director of Growth & Marketing to guide the next stage of our company’s expansion. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on strategist who can modernize and scale our marketing and growth operations—transforming a trusted technical leader into a recognized brand in the GovTech and construction software sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Build a scalable lead generation system through inbound, outbound, digital, and partner-driven campaigns
- Define market positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
- Oversee content marketing, website management, SEO, email campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership programs
- Implement CRM-based lead nurturing and reporting frameworks (MQL, SQL, pipeline tracking)
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to create case studies, client success stories, and industry presentations
- Identify partnerships, conferences, and public-sector opportunities to enhance visibility
- Manage and mentor marketing and sales development team members
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or enterprise software marketing with measurable growth results
- Proven ability to lead both strategy and hands-on execution in small or midsize teams
- Strong understanding of demand generation, market positioning, and funnel analytics
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Familiarity with government contracting or infrastructure software markets is a plus
- Candidates based in the New York metropolitan area are preferred
