About the Role

At Ariat, we’re seeking a dynamic Learning and People Development (L&D) professional to set the vision for educational and skill advancement opportunities across our growing business. The Director, Learning and People Development will report to the VP, Human Resources and work closely with corporate and retail store leaders to deliver innovative curriculum that inspires and empowers team members.
This individual will create, implement, and facilitate best-in-class talent development programs and resources tailored to Ariat’s collaborative culture. The person in this role will make an immediate impact by accessing Ariat’s global talent needs and curating tools to support our mission and organizational objectives.
The Director, Learning and People Development will provide clarity around Ariat’s strategic vision, values, and key performance indicators by translating concepts into actionable career growth opportunities that engage a diverse workforce.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
