About the Job:

Lead the creation of Brand Creative Activations and Brand Campaign briefs and work with Agency partners to review strategic ideas and creative that span broadcast, digital, social, POP and brand moments that drive owned and earned value, ultimately ensuring both internal and agency integration while shepherding work through the creative process. This role will also facilitate Brand Strategy alignment and integration in partnership with our regional CMOs and agencies.

Critical to success in the role will be:

  • A courageous leader prepared to push the boundaries, challenge the status quo and adept at conceptual/creative problem solving, while at the same time able to flex within some process
  • An exceptional ability in building relationships through a clear communication style and a partnership mentality to:
    • Inspire and influence the Regional Leads and CMOs
    • Provide clear direction to our agency partners
    • Operate hand-in-glove with local marketing teams/disciplines
    • Partner with local marketing leads to align franchisee partners
  • Build a high-performing team, supporting their development and encouraging them to nurture ideas and strategies to full realized, high-level execution

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead the development of all international creative strategy seeking opportunities to partner with our US to build scale and leverage synergies.
  • Serve as an advocate of brand tenants and representative for creative globally to execute big brand, retail crave and cultural topspin strategies.
  • Guide the creation of briefs that translate to creative work to drive engagement & influence, continuously laddering back to the larger brand vision & strategy in order to support Taco Bell’s position as a brand that’s leading culture internationally.
  • Drive internal and agency integration by leading/facilitating collaboration both at the start and throughout the campaign development process to ensure work delivers against brand expectations while maintaining strategic synergy across all channels.
  • Challenge and partner with creative agencies to deliver breakthrough creative and lead process of gaining strategic and creative alignment with global stakeholders.
  • Seek out and lead new creative opportunities that ensure all mediums are being optimally leveraged as an outlet for meaningful moments for the brand.
  • Provide ongoing individual coaching and partnership of the agency account lead to support successful oversight of team administration, program development and creative management.

Is This You?

  • 10+ years Marketing experience required
  • Advertising Agency experience preferred; demonstration of good strategic and creative sensibilities
  • Previous global/relevant experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring cross-functional teams and market leads are in the know
  • Must be conversant in both Broadcast, Digital, Social, and Collateral marketing/production

Salary Range: $151,900 to $187,740 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
