Remotely based, this role is responsible for providing product marketing support, developing social media strategies, enhancing SEO and content optimization, examining and tracking web analytics and supporting digital advertising buys and concepts for an elevated online presence for Lycored’s food and health product portfolios.
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, CRM campaigns, website CMS management, digital advertising, and content optimization, to strengthen Lycored’s market presence.
- Manage updates and optimization of Lycored’s websites through CMS platforms, ensuring strong user experience, functionality, and integration with analytics and lead-generation tools.
- Own social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring a consistent, engaging brand voice and presence across platforms.
- Analyze and report on digital performance, web traffic, CRM data, and lead-generation trends to optimize campaigns and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, applications, and regulatory teams to create integrated digital campaigns that align with go-to-market priorities and product launches.
- Oversee domain and DNS configurations through Cloudflare in coordination with IT to support reliable digital campaign execution and website uptime.
- Lead and manage digital campaign schedules, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with business unit objectives.
- Oversee relationships with third-party digital partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure best-in-class execution and ROI.
- Develop and maintain digital marketing SOPs, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor market and competitive trends to proactively identify opportunities for digital content and campaign innovation.
- Partner with the Global Marketing team to support broader initiatives such as tradeshows, media buys, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Mentor and cross-train colleagues within the Global Marketing team to strengthen digital marketing expertise across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of digital marketing experience in SEO, SEM, content optimization, social media, and digital advertising in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics) and efficient with Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with DNS and domain management to support web and campaign reliability.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute measurable digital marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Independent thinker with problem-solving skills and proven ability to take initiative.
- Ability to travel globally up to 5% annually.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B food, nutrition, or health-related industry.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships and digital thought-leadership campaigns.
- Strong content development skills, including writing, photography, and editing.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proven success in creating lead-generating digital campaigns.
- Demonstrated success integrating CRM and CMS systems for end-to-end campaign visibility.
