Condo Control is a Canadian company that provides an online communication and management software for condominiums, co-ops and HOAs. Condo Control provides a SaaS platform that helps property managers, board members, security and condo/HOA owners communicate quickly and easily. The system is straightforward and user-friendly, and Condo Control uses customer feedback to continuously improve and expand the services we offer. Our software addresses all aspects of condo/HAO living, from announcements to tracking of visitors, packages, bookings, payments, and more.

Our office is located in downtown Toronto, right above College subway station.

Who we are looking for

Condo Control is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join the Customer Success team and own the one-to-many communication, marketing content, and engagement programs offered by Condo Control. You will work to build and expand multi-channel programs to drive customer adoption and retention. The ideal candidate has experience with building engaging, creative, yet data-driven programs, and has a highly empathetic, customer-centric mindset.

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist who understands the value of nurturing customer relationships. You will be responsible for engaging with customers post-sales. Driving user adoption, measuring, and monitoring customer satisfaction, working with upsells, and ensuring high retention. This position requires prior customer marketing and/or customer success experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer-focused campaigns to increase renewals, referrals, cross-sell, and upsell additional features and capabilities.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as: in-person/virtual events, community forums, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, customer onboarding, and ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, testimonials, etc…
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
  • Manage and maintain engagement, and advocacy programs.
  • Manage customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a customer lifecycle campaign program
  • Create content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training; or target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
  • Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team
  • Work with Product Development on identification and tracking of enhancement requests and bugs
  • Plan, build, execute, and optimize customer engagement programs including webinars, events, nurture emails and more to deliver quality leads to the Customer Success team
  • Address customer concerns directly where applicable and drive solutions to client issues, coordinating with support and other teams to address client issues
  • Manage and moderate our community forum actively increasing user engagement and activity

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on one or ideally more of these key areas: communications, project management, marketing, business
  • Previous Customer Marketing and/or Customer Success experience
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms like Pardot
  • You enjoy creating, deploying, and monitoring automated marketing programs and campaigns, including nurture programs, trigger-based automated email communications, and ad hoc email campaigns
  • Proven track record in a customer-facing role
  • A consistent record of planning, executing, and measuring successfully against defined goals
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to write effective copy are a necessity, graphic design, and video editing capabilities a plus
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with senior management, team members, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, data analysis, and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability, creativity, and familiarity with current marketing trends
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and Appcues
