The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Creative Product Marketing Senior for the Property and Casualty Marketing team.
This position is a hybrid work type and can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Colorado Springs, CO or Tampa, FL. Hybrid roles help employees gain the best of both worlds – collaborating in-person in the office and working from home when needed to achieve focused results.
The USAA P&C Marketing team is a key growth engine for USAA, with a laser focus on our mission to serve the military community and their families. The P&C Marketing team is passionate about driving growth in multiple P&C products, with a primary focus on our core Personal Lines products: Auto, Home, and Renters Insurance. Our team of Marketing experts is focused on understanding the needs of current USAA members and prospective eligible members to deliver the right message at the right time to drive consideration and conversion of USAA products. We develop product-specific go-to-market plans, marketing strategies, and creative assets, informed by data. Our marketing campaigns reflect our brand personality, our mission to serve those who serve, and the value of our products and services. We are driven by performance with a continuous improvement mindset, rooted in results optimization supported by test and learn.
The Creative Product Marketing Senior Manager will have experience within Auto and/or Property insurance marketing, delivering campaign concepts and creative assets that can differentiate USAA products and target consumer needs. Accountable for the on-brief creative deliverables, this individual establishes creative direction, facilitates on-time delivery, and ensures all work meets or exceeds quality standards by inspiring excellence in ideation, execution, and production while fostering productive, collaborative relationships with team members and partners across USAA to support the right creative direction and outcomes. The Senior Manager will bring together the creative and analytical aspects of performance marketing to produce content that not only aligns with our brand, but also delivers measurable results.
The Senior Manager will partner closely with internal and external agency partners, stakeholders, and management to identify breakthrough creative concepts aligned with business objectives, prioritize work, and help identify new capabilities required of a best-in-class creative team. The Senior Manager will also partner with product and user experience team members to maintain design consistency across the entire experience. Business acumen, strong analytics, and personal lines industry experience, plus direct response discipline expertise will be critical to success in this role.

What We Offer
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $86,520 - $165,340.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
