Job Description


We are looking for a Content Writer who can develop content that will educate and entertain while sharing our purpose, vision, and personality, promoting our brand, and making an impact across many different platforms. This position will be full-time and remote.


What You’ll Do


Write, edit, and publish content for, but not limited to blogs, video scripts, website, thought leadership, social media posts, case studies, client success stories, white papers, and eBooks


Create easy-to-read content that inspires, educates, informs, boosts engagement, and sells to target audiences across a variety of platforms


Promote CAI’s mission and vision through clear, compelling messaging


Proofread and edit content from other writers and social media specialists before publication


Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through writing content


Collaborate with the Marketing Team along with C-Suite, Executive Stakeholders, and Sales Executives within CAI’s business, technology, and workforce practices; experience working in public sector a bonus


Incorporate SEO best practices to ensure content attracts organic web traffic


Perform the necessary research to develop appropriate content regarding CAI’s service offerings and market trends


Create external content that effectively communicates technical services and offerings to non-technical audiences


What You'll Need


Required:

2-4+ years content writing experience across a broad range of topics preferred


Corporate experience writing/editing for a business-to-business services organization


Familiarity with standard writing style (AP preferred)


Bachelor’s degree in English, writing, journalism, communications, or related field preferred


Proficient in web-based research and SEO best practices


Ability to provide interesting and relevant writing examples


Excellent communication and presentation skills


Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment


Strong MS Office ability


Physical Demands


Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions


Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.


Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor


The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.​
